I see that a few of you had some good fish'n, How'd everyone else do. I got out on Sat in some super tough winds. Made it tough to fish Pewaukee, although I did mark a couple of good fish, none of them graced them with our presence. Pulled the boat at 1 and headed to Okauchee, where we boated a pike, and raised a mid 30" fish that took a swipe at our sucker 4 times!!!! but never grabbed it.

I went out Sunday to chase one of the big girls I raised last weekend, and again was pounded with 20mph+ winds. Made the best of it, and after 4 hours of getting knocked around, I finally broke my fall quickset curse with a very fat 44.5. Now I am pumped for this weekend. 3 days left on the water for me, and then the boat is done for the winter, and ready to be re-equipped for next year.

Good Lungen,
Joel

Took a buddy of mine, Bill Ramsey, out fishing on Webster on Saturday.

Fish were moving pretty good. Bill popped one early on a Reef Hawg, small one. I lost one later in the day (40-42) Bill lost one in the same size class and I lost another one that was 40+.

So we SHOULD have boated 4 fish with 3 over 40, but instead we sucked and only got a super shortie.

Heading to Cave Run on Wednesday, should be a good time. I will keep you all posted to how the Thanksgiving Outing that me and Tony put on goes!!

Good luck to all.

Mike Hulbert

We had a decent weekend with two in the boat Saturday morning. Both on a shallow invader. Kind of unusual we usually are catching most of our fish trolling by now but I will take it anyway I can get it. Check out the fatness on this one.

I had a very good day on Saturday, putting 4 in the boat: 35.5", 36", 43" and 46". Unfortunately I didn't get out on Sunday due to the roads. Pulling the boat in the blizzard conditions kept me off the roads, even though I knew I should have been on the lake. So that was likely my last day on the water this year. But I'm still holding out hope for next week.

We caught a big carp. Took me about two hours to thaw out.

We caught two short fish and one rip. Seen three nice fish roll early, thought maybe our pattern was going to hold up but it did not. Hopefully this weather will not freeze up the launches in two weekends when I can get back out.

Matt, That is a very nice buck! Congrats! Got any space for some extra hunters? I think we are going to be on the search again.
