Location: Honor, MI | Since my trip to Canada is highly doubtful am looking at Green Bay. Would appreciate any info regarding best time to go, waterfront accommodations, experienced guides, general areas to fish plus lure selection. Thanks for any help!

I recommend fishing Sept to Nov. Keep your eyes on the weather, October can get windy and it doesn't take much to push you off.
Also, don't expect Canadian ambiance, but it does make it easier finding spots for people new to the water.
