| I just got my Abu C3 in. I am planning to go fishing tomorrow and was wondering if the reel is ready to fish out of the box or if there is something I still need to do. If I'm not mistaken the braking system had 3/6 enabled from the factory which should be fine. Mostly I'm wondering about grease and oil though. Thanks, hope everyone is doing well. | |

| Nothing to do other than spooling it with line. | |

| Spool it up and fish! When the bearings start singing, pop off the handle side cover, take the spool out, remove the bearings and oil them up. Good fishing! | |
