I'm looking to upgrade my boat, currently run a 2015 Larson 2020 TL. has side rod storage that fits 9ft rods.

What new boats have 9ft storage for when I make a longer trip up to Canada its nice to put all the rods away?

Thinking I want to switch to a console but still open ti tiller models too. Also Glass or Vec boat not aluminum.

Hiya,

I believe the recon 985 and larger series have rod lockers that will definitely fit a 9 footer. Nice looking boats too.

Look at Warrior's models. I am extremely happy with my V208. It has 9' storage in the center locker and 12' in the 4 side storage/lockers.
They have plenty of tiller models and known well as the driest ride in the business.

I have a Tuffy 1890 GT that I can stick 9' rods in the rod locker no problem.

I have been looking at them, for as far as ride quality you stay dry?

are the storage compartments waterproof like a ranger?

All of my storage compartments in my Tuffy stay dry.
It takes a lot of wind for me to get wet and is usually on a bigger lake.
