Location: Suspended | To be, or not to be: that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them? To die: to sleep;
No more; and by a sleep to say we end
The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to, 'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep;
To sleep: perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub;
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause: there's the respect
That makes calamity of so long life;
For who would bear the whips and scorns of time,
The oppressor's wrong, the proud man's contumely,
The pangs of despised love, the law's delay,
The insolence of office and the spurns
That patient merit of the unworthy takes,
When he himself might his quietus make
With a bare bodkin? Who would fardels bear,
To grunt and sweat under a weary life,
But that the dread of something after death,
The undiscover'd country from whose bourn
No traveller returns, puzzles the will
And makes us rather bear those ills we have
Than fly to others that we know not of?
Thus conscience does make cowards of us all;
And thus the native hue of resolution
Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought,
And enterprises of great pith and moment
With this regard their currents turn awry,
And lose the name of action.--Soft you now!
The fair Ophelia! Nymph, in thy orisons
Be all my sins remember'd.
I can't wait to see it!

Location: Georgian Bay, Ontario | Guys, the fish weighed in at 58 pounds and change after being out of the water for several hours. It's estimated weight at the time it was caught is approximately 60 pounds.
I have pictures of the beast after being on ice for 12 hours and, despite being dehydrated, it still looks absolutely enormous. The angler that caught the pig was fishing a shoal during the twilight hour. He was pulling an 8 inch Jake off a planer board and was focussing on a hump in 20 feet of water when the giant hit. I will ask whether or not he wants his image posted this evening and will update this thread tomorrow.
GB's fish from two weeks ago was also in this class. I am sure that if they weighed that girl she could have easily topped 58 to 60 pounds.
Between this fish and GB's fish, it has been one heck of a fall season. Hopefully G-Bay muskie crew and I will be posting images of a monster similar to these girls this fall.

Location: in front of my comp | Just got a phone call and it is true. KNow who caught the fish and he is very credible. As for keeping the fish, it is 60 pounds who knows how long that fish would of lived for and also if he let it go there would be alot of doubt as to the size. 60 pounder is a great fish |

Location: Eastern Ontario | I just got off the phone with the guy who caught this beast. I can tell you he's for real and so is that fish. They did try to release the monster once they could not find scales but the fish keeped coming back belly up so they keeped it. The fish did weight 58 pounds but that was many hours after the capture and after losing a lot of body fluids. The guy is actually downsizing the fish at 58.5 x 28.5 but he says it was 60.25 with the tail pinched. The best part was that he told me of the other big fish that was caught that day, so I tought it was another friend of mine's 51 x 27 inch fatty and he said no one bigger then mine. I believe he said the other fish was verified by the MNR at 63 x 28 ( just my recolection ) and some 63 pounds or the second biggest muskie ever weighted. WOW what a day to be on the Larry. |

| Just saw the picture and wow what a pig and the full story is documented by Laura Morrison. My biggest fish shocked me because I couldn't get my hand around the tail for the first time in my life. They guy that caught this fish has the same problem and he is huge!

| Wow, big fish, and very long. Looks to be a little less girthy than the cover fish, with the same length. Were these to fish caught in the same general area? I bet their knees were knockin!
Will a fish lose 3 1/2" in length?
