| I will be staying on Wabigoon in mid-July this year and am looking for a little advice. I have researched the threads on here and see most information is about the west side. How is the north shore around by Elm bay for muskies? Or would be better off heading to the west and fishing over there including the west arm??
Also, any idea on where to get a good paper map?

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | The entire reservoir is as good as any other portion, but there are spots on the spots. Most are current break related, and some are situational. I've caught a bunch of good ones off the North shore, including my personal best.
I fish the wind there out of necessity. If it's hard out of the North, fish the North shore, and the reverse. The clay gets stirred up fast on the windy side. If winds are not a factor, I go to my favorite spots on either side, North or South and move down the lake.
I've been known to mark a Wabigoon map or two.
