Location: Racine, Wi | Any of you guys grill'n out on the water? I will be this weekend, provided I remember the regulator for the gas this time. If you see the smoke coming from the boat on Okauchee, stop on by. Any recomendations for things to cook along with the brats?

| Oh Man,
I hate to pass this up! I will be up in Vilas, but man you are really tempting me to fish a little more south this weekend!
Cookin' Out Recipe:
If you like onions, heres one that is pretty easy. Get some smaller (no larger than baseball) sweet onions. Bacon (hickory smoked is the best), garlic salt, wooden tooth picks.
Cut 12" x 12" squares of aluminum foil to match the number of onions you have. Skin the onions, sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. Wrap the onions with the bacon, and dont be stingy with the bacon! Finally hold the bacon in place with a couple of tooth picks. Wrap onion completely in foil. Toss em on the grill for about 15 or slightly more minutes.
Serve with the brats!!!!! BABY!!!!!!!
Just remember to brush your teeth before you kiss your gal when you get home! Have fun man, and stick an extra large fish, I want to see pics!

I can't believe that it will make me smell any worse. It'll just cover up the smell of the beverages. That keeps life happy around the Michel house.
