| Had an unfortunate incident this fall backing up to get a snag out. This beautiful headlock took the brunt of a kicker motor prop. They are tough, but not quite as tough as a spinning steel prop. Here was the damage.
I figured I’d take it right down to the wood and build her back up again! Had to take the lip out and straighten it. Glue a crack back together. Used a thick layer of epoxy to fill in the serious damage. Then prime. Epoxy and glitter. Paint. Then two more epoxy layers. Got her pretty close to the original. All videos to the original makers, they are very well made!
