Location: Illinois | My wife has booked a trip for June on these connected lakes. On the family trip I don't get to choose lakes but I did ask that the lake contain Muskies. Is it worth my while to musky fish these two lakes when I get free time or am I better off pulling out and fishing some other area waters that I am familiar with. I really have never heard much if anything about musky fishing these two lakes so any information at all would be a big help. Thanks, hj |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Sue owns a house off of 70 west with access to both lakes, so I fished them alot last year. Both have quality fish, though not in huge numbers. I had an absolute blast fishing deep weedline smallmouth and largemouth, caught a number of nice pike, and scared up a couple very nice muskies, too. |

Location: Illinois | Thanks very much, gentlemen. It is always nice to be able to stay fairly close as it will subtract from travel time and add to limited fishing time. So moderate density with a shot at some nice fish and bonus mixed bag? I can certainly live with that. Thanks again. |

Location: Racine, Wi | Husky, definitely spend some time on those lakes. We popped a 49 on Shis this fall. Very good evening topwater bite. I have been fishing those lakes for about 15 years now. Got my first legal out of there. Message me if you want more info. If I'm up there when you are, I would be up for showing you some spots.
Good lungen,
