MuskieE- I've used the Envirotex Lite- & many other's- big secret is careful measurement of quanities and thorough mixing. The Envirotex website has a lot of info.

Not envirotex Im looking at feather lite industrial strength plastic urathane.Simialar to the stuff they use for making legos,and other toys.Hand pored but tough as ABS and similiar.
