| Been many years since I moved away. That river, especially the Twin Falls and Kingsford stretches, near Iron Mountain, hold huge fish. Tanker big. Very tough to fish where the big ones hang out, gotta get the lures down to deep current breaks. River is chock full of suckers and walleye, those are forage. The muskies are fat and very powerful, a 50+ might weigh 40lbs. Trophy smallmouth water, too. The river is totally polluted with heavy metals and methane, don't eat anything. |

| The only stretches of that river I am familiar with is the part they do white water rafting on. Well, that and down by the mouth of the river where they catch giant walleye every spring. |

| It's about helping people, especially rookies, who hang out on M1. And for me, payback for what I learned from folks hereabouts way back when. That river is tough to fish, its for size not numbers. And anyone catching a big one based on my post will certainly let her go cause that's what we do. So, yea, I blast.

Location: SE Wisc | “My spot”, please.?!?! As fishermen we need to get over ourselves. The guy who puts his time in to learn the water before the hype and after the hype will be more successful than anybody who jumps on the bandwagon for a weekend trip. Let them come, they will eventually move on, they always do. |

Location: oswego, il | Keyes has a great show. I will say this when he was on the lake and showed the map the GPS numbers were not on it. The river took me two minutes to find the launch. I guess if you fish those areas you would not like it but the show is a good watch. |

Location: Duluth | It's a good show. The nice thing about fishing the UP, it takes effort, and not many accommodations.
Was actually really surprised they didn't do well in the first spot. |
