 Special note: Art Barlow Sr. passed away recently. Wisconsin has lost a gentleman and outdoorsman; a fine angler and hunter. I will remember him as I hope he wished, a friend to anyone he met in the woods and on the water. Art Barlow Junior has carried that tradition and will continue; thank you Art Junior for talking me into politics and getting me out into the public while I so strongly resisted. May the memories of Art Senior remain strong, and his presence be felt in the blind, the boat, and the campsite. He will be missed.
