so how was slamr's big adventure sat.? did you go to silver with bukes? how was the trip?

Had a good trip and lots of laughs. Started off with no starter battery power, so no big motor (putting the Missle back on the trailer was an adventure, though well executed in our regards). Fished the deepest break on Silver over and over and over and over....figuring that I know fish are there, and basically stalking them, waiting for them to come to the meat. Had some very nervous suckers, but no takers. Moved a deep 32" or so on a slammer glider and had one come up behind a sucker for a second, but that was it for muskie action.
Had a good time, but sad to say, as good as the suckers were, the coffee was THAT BAD! Bukes, you need to find a better coffee stop or you get the full guiding fee....breakfast!

Yeah... I have crossed that joint off the list for joe, wheres the starbucks up there anyway slamr?  It was good to get out none the less.  It sure was a "weird" day.
