Hey guys, I have been working on a drying wheel to turn my baits on. What do you use for a motor to slowly keep them rotating. I have looked but haven't found anything that I think will work. Also, any tips for using this stuff, I have never tried it before.

Get a rotisserie (sp) motor. Run it at about 4 rpm.

Envirotex is pretty easy to work with. However, if you don't let it cure correctly, it'll be forever gummy. Just follow the directions.

There's a hobby group at http://wwww.tackleunderground.com/

Lot's of information for the guy just starting out.

Good Luck,

Brian

Thanks, I will check out that site. I have been using Tru-oil but looking for something that is more durable.

I use an old grill rotisserie to slowly rotate the bait. It works awesome and you can get a nice thick coat on with minimal dripping.

As far as using the stuff the most important thing is to mix it in exactly the same proportions. I use little plastic shot glasses you can by in your local liquor store or pharmacy. The ones I have are even graduated by the ml.
