What's everyone using with down easts on rails? Anybody just using the DE Salty rail mounts?

Saw cisco offers a nice riser package, but appears to be a custom order. Anybody using that?

I have Fat AZ Rodholders that I mount on my rails. Can tip up and down with ease.
