Location: Richland Center, WI. | Have a couple of lures I would like to ID.
The bucktail is approx. 9 inches long, tied with bucktail and has a heavy lead cast head.
The crack is approx. 8 inches long, made of plastic and has an internal rattle.
Picked these up recently with a box of other lures.
Thanks, Ken

| Jointed Grandma probably an early Magna Strike, I say this because it looks identical in every way but has a clear and unpainted lip, all the lips on mine are painted and are of a white opaque type plastic and not clear plastic. In Black Sucker pattern. |

Location: Richland Center, WI. | Thanks for the replies. Thought the crank looked like a Grandma but I thought the old ones were marked M-9. Is this after or before the M-9? |

Location: SE, WI. | The buck tail looks like some kind of Fudally lure.....or....possibly a Bionic bucktail....that hook set up looks scary;) Silver crank is a jointed grandma lure. M-9 is a one piece, with a concave indentation in lip. probably after the M-9! JD |

Location: Richland Center, WI. | I asked a friend and he thought that was a Fudally also.
Makes sense on the jointed vs M-9 explanation.
I need to quit buying lures and start fishing them!

Location: Zimmerman | Top one is a fudally hawgtail, probably from the 80s or 90s. Some models had a threaded eye, so you could change blades. |

| Magna Strike ceased production in 97, anyway the M9 on the lip simply stood for Magna 9”. I’ve seen pictures of clear lip jointed Grandmas but the 22 I have are all painted and like I say the plastic underneath is white so it must have been sort of pre 94 ? I still have a Magna Strike two page catalogue, the early M9’s had stick on eyes. |

Location: Richland Center, WI. | This one has molded "bubble" eyes that are painted. The lip looks different also. I will get another pic of the lip later.
