I ordered two baits from the Big Chimney Bait Company a few weeks back because I have so few lures and need more. It took a few weeks to get them, a little onger than expected but no big deal. I opened the package and to my surprise there was an extra glider in it. I contacted Tim, the owner and told him he sent me a bait by mistake. He told me that bait was extra because it took so long getting them to me. Wow, that was cool. They work grat too.

Jlong, you would love the panhandler. You can jerk the bait and pause it like you like to do;-), go watch the packers play come back and that bait will not have moved an inch. Right up your alley!

The little chubby is no slouch of a glider either.

Tim has excellent customer service. I ordered a couple custom colored Chubbies for no extra charge, and he did an awesome job. He usually is very fast in all the orders I've had from him (three).

Wow. Sounds like another kind and generous fella we know on this message board...

There really are good people out there in the world. Some days you have to look a little harder though!

Duel battery charger sent me a replacement for a 3 year old unit that fried 2 new batteries. I think that is OK too. Thanks Duel Pro. Roy

I also got great service from Tim at Big Chimney baits.  I had the lip fall out of one of the Fatboys and called Tim.  He said he had a couple of design adjustments to make and would send me a free replacement for the whole bait, so I also ordered a couple more.  The order took longer than Tim thought it would to get ready, and today in the mail I received my replacement Fatboy, my new order, and two additional freebies.

The baits are outstanding, and Tim has gone the extra mile.  If you want some great baits and a chance to support a guy who cares about muskie anglers, give his stuff a try.
