Location: Twin Cities, MN | Yes, you need to build up some electrical tape under the part you screw down.
I picked up a couple this last year, and really like them so far, especially on my jerkbait rod.

| Got it figured out. If anyone was on the fence about getting one buy it. Put one on a tranx 400 slingblade combo makes burning 10s a lot easier |
