Mr. Cady,

You have built a very nice lure, sir. I used it some this weekend, as did Esox69. It can be a surface, sub surface, or 3 to5' down glider at choice. BIG, HEAVY, but very very nice. I am sure I will score a few on this thing!

I tossed it around on Cass Lake prefishing. Very nice bait. The color I got was not the prefered color so I didn't use it in the chanpionship. I think Steve Cady was holding out on me.(LOL)
Very nice bait as Steve W. mentioned. I got to get some in the correct colors. This bait will produce some big fish for sure. Now is the time it will shine. Big profile, slow glide, easy target. Just like a giant Undertaker. I got to get some more of those baits !!!

I was fishing with the Firetiger Wabull this weekend on Big V and moved a ton of fish and had 2 that were retarded and missed it. IMOP I definently moved fish I wouldn't have otherwise on Phantoms or Reef Hawgs. Going to see the painter Wed night to finalize the colors. We'll be making the production ones a little heavier so they should run DEEP for a glider. Mike's right, fall is primetime for this bait!

Any input on color is welcome.

Thanks Steve and Mike.

By the way Treats is not involved in Musky Nut Tackle in any way....

He is helping out on this in exchange for some lures and such...

He has been a GREAT help and I want to say a big THANK YOU!!!

NOOOOO, please don't make them any heavier!!! I can make that bait run in nothing, or down 5'. It is PERFECT now, IMHO.

I agree Mr. Worrall.

That is the reason it is called the WaBull for short. The "Walking Bull" is made to work slowly! If you've never heard the story of the Old Bull and the Young Bull ask Worrall and it will make sense.

Speaking of Young Bull..

The reason Treats is lobbying for it to be heavier is he works it fast and can't keep it down. Fast is his preffered style of fishing. Not that anything is wrong with fast but not what I was looking for. Perhaps a "YoBull" is in the future. Doubtful got way too much going now.

The other problem with how they are weighted is that it takes awhile to figure out how to work them correctly. Rod size and action as well as leader selection can make big differences. We'll have to come up with some hints to make them easier to work...

They are staying weighted as is.

Still stuck at 47" for the Wabull....

Painters on Wed!!!!

Walking Bull Custom edition 1 of 3 & 2 of 3 will be shipped to the "Walking Bulls" soon.
