| Hey fishing is supposed to be fun. Just walking to the car was not fun today.
I choose checking out Mfirst and teaching my one year old how to ride our dogs like a horse. The dogs would have chosen fishing over the horse thing though. |

| I went with F and G today. I was at this account today and saw some of the biggest "naturals" I have ever seen. They were an F or a G too. She looked like a porn star.[] [] [] [] [:p] |

| The pattern up here today was to stay indoors where the snow, wind, and sub-freezing temps will not turn you into an ice cube. The temps and snow are OK, but 30 mph winds with that are alot like Sponge's Tabasco Spam... |

|
| Thank god,, looks like the winds are calming down.. |

| Here's what one does my northern "candy- butt" friends! Strip down to a pair of scubies then go stand in your front yard...spread your legs shoulder width apart...turn + face the wind raising your arms skyward.....lean your head back + begin to howl like a banshee....when the cops get there you'll have free room + board plus no cooking for 28 days! Now get outside.....[:0] [:sun:] |

| Sitting here wringing my hands + shrieking w/ delight as VA. TECH is getting BEAT by the SYRACUSE ORANGEMEN!!! And that w/ some EXTREMELY BAD calls against Syracuse....if Tech loses I'll be happier than a you know what.......!!! |

| I'd go out and fish, you know why?? Today on the Belgian Predator fishing championship they took a nothern of 134cm on a trolled 9" bulldawg. On a small lake! I've fshed there before too but no luck so far. Fishing from a boat is banned so I can't reach the spot where they took it, though I know it is a hotspot. I think it is a new Belgian Record too!
Sponge bob, have you been taking your pills like the doctor told you to do???[] [] [] [;)] |

| Slept in later than usual thinking it was going to be a cold, windy, miserable day. Got up looked outside and actually saw the sun. Had planned on doing "c" today. Got my honey doo stuff started at least. The little lady went shopping I went fishing. Lost one on a jig on Deer Lake, moved down the lake to another spot. Got a 34" on a jig, retied made another cast to the same spot got a 45", my biggest fish of the season so far and my heaviest ever on a jig. Great day in Western WI. Temp. about 40, 5 to 10 mph South wind, water temp. of 47 to 48 degrees. Going to go get a few bushytails in the am and then get back out after those toothy critters. Hope the wind lays down for you guys tomorrow.
As always, Let Em Go...Let Em Grow.....Mike[] |

| What I did today was go fishing with 2 new clients.
We fished a couple suckers on quick strike rigs. I gave up on circle hooks with clients after my last attempt.
We ended up boating a 36 and 38 inch muskie on suckers, a 30, 36 and 37 on small Jakes twitched. We also missed 3 others on Jakes and another on a sucker as well as having so many follows that we lost track.
The really interesting thing is that all of the fish were caught in water between 3 and 7 feet deep. The water temp was 36 degrees.
