Ranger,

You are supposed to fillet them before you eat them. Cooking the fillets is a pretty good idea, too. The mouth, gills, head, and fins are usually not all that great tasting, so maybe just try the fillets next time.

Talk about bad breath, you had to be almost nuclear after that meal.
