| I have the 690vs and have been trying to figure the best way to mount a kicker on this
thing. My kicker is a new manual tilt Evinrude branded 9.8 4strk. My ideal scenario is to be able to remove the kicker easily so I can use the boat for water sports etc. The tilt support on these seems cheesy so I was going to use the Panther 35LE for tilt and trim, but low and behold, Ranger says you can't use the Panther on this model because the inside of the transom can't be accessed for through bolting. On further inspection, this does seem to be the case. If you have the Panther 35le on your 690vs, how are the bottom bolts attached? If you mounted yours another way, any tips would be greatly appreciated. Again I need to be able to remove the kicker without having any open holes in the boat. Thanks in advance. | |
