Location: Bagley,MN 56621 | If you were to make some 30" sucker rigs, do you have a problem with it being all "coiled up" when it comes off the spool? Also for storage after they are made, do you have to keep them stretched out?

Location: Hazard KY | Don't coil them tight 1 ft coils will keep them from looking like a spring. I have used sufix flourocarbon and sufix supreme mono leaders for sucker leaders and all of my other leaders. on suckers I use 80lb flourocarbon or 100 pound mono. You can go to off shore angler and buy leader holders that keep them kink free and straight.

Location: oswego, il | Flouro does have bad memory but it has never caused a problem. I make my leaders and sucker rigs out of it and I never have any tangling problems with it. I use 80lb as well. |

Location: NeverNever Lake | I've been spooling a couple of my reels with 40# fluoro for a few yrs now. I have found that Blakemore's Reel Magic works quite well at relaxing the memory. It's really tough line and has served me well. |
