the Minnesota muskie expo is only a few weeks away. Just wondering if anyone has any info on where and when the swap meet is?

As per a post on MH it’s at Blackstack Brewery in St Paul at 7 on Saturday of show weekend. I guess O’garas closed down? Sounded like more space and looks like a nice joint.

I'll be there.  Who's all going and what are you bringing?  I have a bunch of brand new leaders I made that I could bring if there's any interest.  Just sell for the cost I bought the supplies...so $3 for each leader.  I have caught fish in the mid 40 lb. range on my leaders and have never had a failure.  I have 175 lb. fluorocarbon, 175 lb. 49 strand, and 135 lb. sevenstrand leaders.  All have high quality BB swivels and stay lok snaps.  Otherwise I will be looking to buy your stuff!

Never been there but going this year. Curious what to expect? Do you need to get there early? is it mostly lure makers or do people bring lots of there old stuff to sell?

No bait makers. Lots of used good stuff and cheap prices. Reels. Baits. Boxes. Rods. Etc.

Looks like the brewery has a bunch more room inside than Ogaras so getting there really early to get a table shouldn't be necessary. I believe they're rebuilding the Ogaras building at the moment, not sure if Ogaras is coming back there or not. As for the brewery there should also be plenty of parking. Swap is always a good time, lots of baits and equipment for pretty cheap usually, people coming and going throughout the evening.

Walked by O'Gara's last week. They will be reopening St. Patrick's Day, 2020! Not sure if that coincides with the 2020 expo.

I too will be there.
I'll be working the Thorne Bros. booth until the show closes so I'll be there a bit late, but I'll be there and bringing a loaded box of goods.

It's going to be interesting...that's for sure. My guess, a lot of sellers and very few "buyers," because of the snow. Bummer, as I look forward to this every year. I built a few dive and rise to sell at the swap. Oh well.

I still plan on going to the Swap.  Steve is looking for baits that rhyme with stove :)  The temps show a high of 34 Saturday so I wouldn't be surprised if it's more rain than snow but who knows.

Hoping to go as well and get rid of some lures.
I have some larger suzy suckers that were custom colors and my TX-44 board with the lock jaw that I will be selling.

I don't think that's a rumor. Accuweather has 3-6 predicted for Saturday during the day and 4-8 that night

most people?? Not those that have to drive 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
Why pick a weekend with the hockey tournament and the storms that
usually go with it. Put it back in April

Which site did you see that happy hooker?  I like your forecast more than weatherunderground as it shows snow starting about 2 pm.
