| I’m adding deck lighting to my boat in the spring but need recommendations for color. I see kits that allow multiple color lights also.. Any help with what works good for you will help guide me in my decision |

| Amber led. Light won't blind you and provides enough light for about any in boat functions. |

Location: On my favorite lake! | I have Bluewater leds and I got Blue for in the boat and white for compartments. Very easy to install yourself. I also put a white strip under my console so I tie things or read a map easier. |

| I like red for color and blue water brand seems alright to me, I stuck some on the trailer and they are completely submerged hundreds of times still work just fine |

| Check out superbrightleds.com. You can buy rolls of waterproof rated led lights with 3M sticker backing. I did both undersides of my gunwale, entire length of the boat wired to a waterproof rocker switch I purchased on there. It's a lot more lighting than some of the kits sold to fisherman but for less money. I went with UV blacklight which looks cool but holy #*#* does it attract the bugs. If I did it again I'd go with red for that very reason alone. |
