Location: Seymour, WI		Hello,
I have an Ambassadeur 5600 C3 that is screeching and and backlashing.
I know there is a worn out part that needs to be replaced. What part do I need to have replaced? I've seen this posted on the boards before but I couldn't find the post which describes how to fix this. I remember reading that it's supposed to be a cheap and easy fix. Thanks,

The screeching might be from the plastic wheel or cog inside the left hand reel plate. If the teeth are all there then try lubricating the wheel and cast it again. I had that problem and I ordered a new plastic wheel and it fixed it right up.
