Anybody use these? I hear they have been around for a while but do not hear much about the style. Any thoughts on the treble hook set up vs single hook and trailer spinnerbaits?

CP; it's all about application. I love a spinnerbait with a treble. I been building them for years. Very good hooking bait. Fishing rocks, over top of weeds, deep weed edges, or trolling over the tops.

Most think of spinnerbaits with a single hook to bump and grind. Down in and through Weeds, rocks, wood,  cover. Mostly a trailer is used with these.

Hopefully something here answers your questions.

They have been around a long time and I am sure work fine. With the popularity of double bladed bucktail I doubt alot of people throw spinnerbait much except for those few who like to grind heavy weeds. Spinnerbaits work for those who throw them.
