Anyone ever have the 25 amp fuse coming off the voltage regulator melt? The motor is a 2007.

I cut out the fuse and replaced it. My battery started charging again. I discovered the problem after I had 3 warning beeps every 4 mins and eventually my starting battery ran out of juice. I’m just concerned about a possibly bigger problem.

I can't say for sure, but it sounds like the fuseholder was making a poor connection either with the fuse or wiring, building up heat to the point of melting. I have seen this many times in industrial applications. It's quite possible there is no further damage. For peace of mind you should have it checked out if you can't do it yourself.
