Subject: 3 warning beeps on a mercury 60 hp 4 stroke

Up in Canada, motor seems to be running fine and I’m getting a series of 3 warning beeps every 4 minutes. Oil level is good and water stream is strong. No tach now and volt gauge is showing 11v. Any thoughts? Voltage regulator? Motor is a 2007.
