| I have a new Helix 10 Mega SI unit that will not provide a temperature reading. I have checked all of the settings and in the accessory test screen it shows that the Temperature is not connected. Is that a setting that I have overlooked or is it possible that I have a faulty temperature probe within the SI transducer |

If that doesn't help, you can either restore defaults on the unit or getting a live person from Humminbird on the phone to help walk you through the process to a solution. 800-633-1468

| Thanks for the reply. I will have to give Humminbird a call as I still can't find anything explaining the issue of it not showing the temperature probe connected |
