I have 1 battery for starting the motor and for all the accessories 12 volt. I have 2 batteries for the trolling motor 24 volt. Do I need a two bank or 3 bank charger ? I appreciate any help. Thanks in advance

3 batteries, so a 3 bank.

3 bank 10 amps per bank if you plan to fish multiple days in a row.

A 20 amp 3 bank would probably do here. Your 12v battery isn't going to run down much just starting the motor and powering locators, plus it does charge with the motor running. Most chargers now can divert charge away from a fully charged battery and apply more amperage to the ones that need it.

That said, a 30 amp is a safe bet, even if it might be a little overkill.
