Location: Union Grove, WI | The family and I were in the Boulder Junction area staying at a cabin on Fishtrap. We fished a couple nearby lakes with a few follows but no hook ups. Biggest fish seen was an upper 30" fish. |

Location: MN | Punished myself for about 6 hours on Saturday in Northern WI. Saw two lazy fish water temps were 73-78 degrees. On a better note I changed my focus and took my kids out and we punished the bluegills and crappie up shallow... non stop action, with the occasional bonus northern or Bass. Kids were out fishing two times a day as they had so much fun. I never saw a reason to go back out for the big boys after seeing the smiles. |

Location: oswego, il | Took apart a used roller trailer saturday i got cheap, it's too far gone to use it. The good parts are worth more than what i paid. Fun pounding a breaker bar with a sledge to take nuts all the way off in the heat.
Hit the big pond sunday with my youngest son and a buddy of mine, went out 10-11 miles and went 13 for 18 on coho and steelhead. Released a small one, had a triple header and lost a double header. You always know when you have a steelhead on, they are spectacular jumpers. Once out there, we had a light breeze out of the southeast. With 57 degree water temps it was too cold for shorts and a t-shirt.

Location: Southern Indiana | Caught one & lost 2 Sunday morning in southern Indiana. Maybe a dozen follows, all but one of the bigger fish were slow & lazy. Started fishing at dawn, heat was unbearable by 11. |

Same. Saw maybe 1/2 dozen fish caught between 5 and 6:30 am. No big girls. They may have moved into the Bay already. |

| We caught 3 and lost one. Raised 8-9 others. All the fish were little, >30". We did see a couple nicer fish just kind of laying around. Guessing they were still exhausted from coming off the spawn. I look for good things to happen the next couple weeks. Hayward area. |
