Do tigers bite at night like pure breds or only early AM to late PM like pike?

Thanks,

This summer I did a lot of night fishing with Rob Manthei, and Rob definately knows his night fishing!

Any ways, Alot of the lakes we fished have tigers, but we never hooked into one at night.

I asked Rob why that was so, and he told me he has never caught a Tiger afterdark, the same with pike. Don't know why they don't eat at night, but from my experience and from what Rob told me, VERY VERY VERY doubtful if you will hook into a tiger after dark.

I have been told that hybrids to not feed at night either. They seem to have more in common with their father than they do their mothers.

This is what I have found:

"Tiger muskies have intermediate night-feeding tendencies."
