Okuma battle cat can be had for around $90 and has darn near everything you're asking for. I have casted half a pound of lead and a large bluegill with these rods. Put a lb of lead of lead on and a chunk of skate to and it casted that no problemo too! 8'H, Stainless steel guides, rated for up to 8oz (see above for real life casting experience), the two piece is actually just the butt section that separates from the entire rod. Not sure what you intend to use the rod for, but just saying it meets your description of what you are looking for.

I file down the sides of the rod triggers so that they lock in place in the rear slot of the salty... actually like this better because without a trigger it tends to slop around inside the salty.

Drifter Tackle sell their line of muskie rods with a composite cork on the butt and full cork fore grip. One thing I really like is they use only hard alloy guides. No ceramic. But twice what your budget is. All the trolling rods are $159.

If interested I have a couple St Croix PM76MHF that I am rebuilding. Used but all new guides. These would be around $110 plus shipping.

No Picture needed... just file down the *sides* of the rod trigger so that it fits into the little square area of the DE (most triggers are too wide to be able to do this).

Once you set the rod/reel in the DE you should be able to *push* the rod trigger forward into the slot so that it locks it down at 90 degrees.

Try the Berkley E-Cat Series. I've been using the 7'6" Heavy series for trolling and suckers for 2 seasons now and they've worked great. It's an E-Glass rod designed to rot the biggest of cats out of the nastiest stuff. Works great for what I'm using them for.
