I’m getting a new helix 7. I have an older Navionics micro chip from my old locator. Will it work in a new helix 7? Also would it be better to go to a lakemaster? I fish all of lotw except the se part of the lake. Not sure if lakemaster covers all of lotw. Thanks for any info

I could be wrong but I don't think lakemaster covers the northern part of the lake. But I like lakemaster a lot more than navionics for the parts of lake of the woods that I fish. Worth it to get lakemaster and keep navionics as a back up.

Lake master plus ...Get one.. I run navionics to but you can do more with the lake master plus...Worth checking out any ways... Like Kirby said..at least you got a back up !
