You can get the Hi-Seas crimping tool along with sleeves fairly cheap from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Hi-Seas-Swager-Crimp-Sleeves-Silver/dp/B006GJ...

I use the Hi Seas Pro version. And I do a #*#*ton of crimps....
