Anyone have any suggestions for an "XX large" buff?

I have a rather 'fat' head (generally a 7-7/8 hat size or about 24-1/2" around the noggin) and the buffs I have tried all feel like they are trying to choke me out.

I have found a couple places that say "XL" but indicate that means 1" longer and 1-1/4" wider, which is not clear to me what that really means since they don't give any dimensions to start with.

Anyone with any suggestions?

Thanks

The shopping cart will come online very soon. It's worth the wait.

I ordered the SA one's Jake is referencing and they about choke me out. Way too tight for me and I wear a 7-3/8" hat. I found a cheap one at Fleet Farm and its much more loose. Don't remember the brand.

Yeah could be just the one of the five i opened and wore. I tossed that one in the closet and haven't tried the other four.

Glad to hear I am not the only one. The good news is that some companies finally have figured out that one size does not fit all. Was in Atlanta in 2016 at the aquarium, and their gift shop had adjustable hats, in three different sizes. Have since seen a couple others.

Thanks for all the feedback.

Good to know there are others also afflicted with "fathead" syndrome.

Never had thought of it in terms of the number of holes in the adjustable hat snap, but I like that.

Looking forward to see what the Blackfish option shared by sworrall will have to offer.

I tried an SA brand and thought it was too tight but also only tried one out of the 5 pack I had gotten. Might have to give them another go and have considered trying to stretch it out a bit by putting it over a soccer ball or something like that.

Thanks to all my large noggin'd compatriots.

Rather than "fathead syndrome", I like to think of it in terms of 'you can't put a bushel of brains in a peck basket'. Of course, 90% of folks today don't know what a bushel or a peck is.

Now that is a fact.

Of course, I certainly don't know most of the various social media initial-isms that are used beyond the most basic LOL and LMAO.
