| I am going to make some buck tails with two different sized blades. Should the smaller one go in front or behind the larger one. What would be the difference if you reversed it
Thanks |

| Big on Top(front)
I believe Gerrys Girls has some with small blade in front then two doubles is back?
I think almost any combo would work, only thing that seems to change is the resistance and probably the feel or vibration of the bait.
Might want to make one each way and see what you like or prefer?

| Bigger blade "on top". If you do it the other way (smaller blade on top) it tends to not want to start. I should add that this would be for a standard double blade setup like the dadson over/under. I've never tried it with a 3 blade combo. Nice thing about building your own is if it doesn't work, just cut the shaft and redo it a different way. All you lose is the wire, which you could end up re-using for a smaller bait. |

| Not always true, you want the blade with the most lift first. |
