| Hey Folks,
To meet the ever-growing demand for local, more regional type musky tournament circuits, the PMTT is excited to announce their first regional series to take place in Northeastern Wisconsin in 2018. Set on the premise of the regular PMTT circuit, the new regional series will have 3 qualifying tournaments and a championship and will also be completely independent from the other PMTT tournaments. “Each year the number of requests for regional type tournament series grow. There are many folks that state they cannot make the type of commitment to a major tournament trail for a multiple of reasons and this will help meet that demand” stated PMTT tournament director Tim Widlacki.
Mostly built on the original PMTT rules and regulations, there will also be some obvious differences as all of these tournaments will be single day events and have a $100 per team entry. “With the entry fee set at a much lower rate, being single day events and keeping them local to that region will be extremely appealing to many musky anglers. It will also give the every day musky anglers that always wanted to try tournament fishing but were hesitant to travel great distances or pay the larger entry fees a chance to wet a line in competitive angling” stated Widlacki.

| Hi,
We are testing the waters, so to speak, with these. Depending on the reception and the success of these tournaments this year, there will definitely be others in different areas in the coming year.
You can register now for any of these NE Wisconsin tournaments and drawing for starting positions for these will be on April 2nd.

Thanks!! |

| Hi,
We established the entry fee at $100 to hopefully allow everyone the chance to compete and to give everyone that have always wanted to try tournament fishing that opportunity. Obviously the higher the entry fee the better the payouts, but that is not our intentions with the regional circuits. Maybe sometime in the future, but at this point the regional circuit is simply intended to grow interest in an easier, convenient form.

I really like the new regional circuit and may fish with my son. National PMTT circuit is just not feasible for myself because of ever-changing work assignments. Hope we can hit a few of the regional events. |

If you have questions, suggestions, criticisms, etc., contact the circuit promoters directly. No exceptions, this board is for Circuits to post is information only for very good reason. |
