Location: Moses Lake, WA | This lure was one of my rare attempts at realism, initially intended to be a genetic if somewhat oversized cross between a redbelly dace and blacknose dace. Evolution was having no part of my experiment and the lure devolved into a rendition of the Brown Blob from the Black Lagoon. Lure is 12" of basswood, 1/4" aluminum lip, with two built-in rattle chambers. One wall of the rattle chamber is brass, the other stainless steel; 1/4" ball bearing in each. Makes an unholy racket when shaken.
