Sure not a Buddhist but this Karma thing is interesting. So, I was watching the Harvey coverage for Texas and I felt compelled to send a thousand dollars to the Red Cross. Then a week later it was Irma and my house on the Gulf was in the bullseye for a 10-15 foot dose of flooding. Naturally, that would be a total loss and one flood insurance wouldn't half cover. Waiting for the worst, watching TV, I saw the thing take a really unexpected right turn missing all but my screen porch and one roughed up palm tree. Is that Karma? I don't know, but I'm sending another check to the Red Cross for those who suffered. Maybe this will result in dramatically different tournament results? If that's true, maybe those who fish against me should also send a check for protection. Maybe everybody who wants to check this Karma thing our should send one too!

Well done!! Karma or not it makes you one of the good guys. Glad your house was spared the brunt of the storm. I'm still waiting to hear how my mother made out. Her place is West of Daytona.

Marty, where is your place? My parents have a house down in Ft Myers Beach, and we still don't know if it's even there anymore. I'm figuring my dose of Karma will be a trip down there to help them clean up/salvage and try to fix anything that's damaged.

I'd consider it more like the golden rule rather than Karma, but well done!

I wouldn't call it karma, but I would call it the good Lord blessing you!

Karma maybe. I believe more in no good deed goes unpunished in today's society.

Trolling Lake St. Clair, my buddy is up next. He catches a pike, then says it your turn, I say no pike don’t count. He next catches a 38” musky. I’m up next and catch my first 50”. Is that Karma, I don’t know but I got a 50”. Good Luck to all, Tom
