I am running a cable up to my trolling motor under the bow cap on my X-190. I have tried 3 or 4 different adhesives on a wire clip and they keep falling off. Anyone have something they know works? Thanks.

Or a blob of 5 minute epoxy applied on a piece of tape backing. 3M makes some clips that stick, too.

I've tried the 3M clips and don't find the adhesive good enough or long lasting. I ended up removing their adhesive and going with liquid nails.

Put the liquid nails on and let it tack up a bit before putting it in its final location. It's also probably a good idea to wipe clean the area you're attempting to put it. I tried to shortcut that step and ran into issues with the hooks falling off.

Yep, before using the 3M clips, one needs to clean the area with acestone. Should for any adhesive.
