Was hoping we could run a thread with water temps from WI and MN. I havent been out recently but with the cooler weather it would be nice to see what water temp trends are. So lets see if we can keep this alive throughout the fall

Longville lakes area had temps varying from 67 to 70 depending on time of day and outside temps. I would guess they will drop to mid 60's this week....

62-63 in Oneida Co. on a fairly clear lake..

Lowered a "Fish Hawk"., and found temps decreasing steadily to 59@20', 55@25', and 49@30.... tends to agree with sonar observations of the thermocline at 27' or so.

69 to 70 in Minnesota metro last night. Guessing that will drop a couple degrees today, then rebound with the way the temps look for the week going into the weekend.

Had as high as 74F in Vilas county this past weekend. Depending on lake and wind... temps were anywhere from 68-71 on average. Fished both shallow flowages and deep, clear cisco lakes.

Going to be real soon.
After the snow Sunday, temps will top out in the upper 20's and drop into the teens overnight all next week.

Yep. It's not looking good. If there's a good wind going all week Pelican might stay open enough to get out next week. DL will probably be locked up by Wednesday. I'm hoping so, because I already took thursday and friday off next week months ago.
