Location: Minneapolis | Not much for cabbage flats anywhere in Whitefish Bay. There are some scattered patches of cabbage throughout the bay, and some bigger weed beds in the vicinity of Bell Island, but deep reefs, rock bars, and rocky points will likely be your primary structures. | |
