| I'm going to Minneapolis soon and am still struggling to catch my first Muskie. I have no boat so out of theys lakes which do you think I should try? Calhoun, Harriet, Nokomis, Cedar, Lake Of The Isles. Iv tried Harriet a few times with suckers and lures but nothing. I'm leading towards nokomis since iv heard tigers are a little bit more forgiving.but I'd like to hear what lakes you guys recommend. |

| Summer has been brutal in the metro. The fish have been out over open water all summer. Give it a few weeks and fish will start showing up at your shore locations.
A note - don't be one of the guys that drags fish up on the sand. See a lot of that with the shore crowds.
