Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | I like Pelican alot in the fall here in Northern Wisconsin. Once the trunover is complete the lake is really cooking, using gliders and Slammers. I REALLY like Wabogoon in the late Fall, but never have the time to go that time of the year. | |

Location: Racine, Wi | Steve, Where is Pelican in relation to LacDuFlambeau. I will be up there from the 19-23 of Sept. With my luck, and the temps like they are, I'll probably hit it right in turnover.  Is there any other lakes you guys could reccomend exploring? I was going to fish the Mani chain a bit, but with the WMT I think I am going to do some lake hopping and try to learn some new waters. I will also be fishing the Flambeau Chain, hopefully to get into one of the giants that swim out there.
