Not the same motor, but I just did my Yamaha F115 and it was a piece of cake, took about 2 hours and I was taking my time. Search YouTube for a video on your motor.

Ive done a few of them. Not really all that hard. As mentioned, just search YouTube before you start. With a 200 you may want to get a friend to have an extra pair of hands. Then you have an excuse for the wife to sit around afterwards and have a few beers in the garage with your buddy!
