| Hi all
I am planning to fish Lake Vermilion and have never fished it. I was wondering if the fish are on on the rock reef/island structure this early in the season? I am very familiar with fishing on Leech lake and I know for the most part the main lake rock reef are void of fish till later in July. Is that the same for Vermilion? Thanks guys! | |

| Last year in June it was still a trolling deal. Find bait fish and troll thru them or cast over them. That netted me a 50 last June 29th If you need a place to stay try Forest Lane Resort on the Tower side of the lake. It's and old school MN resort nice folks reasonable prices. | |
