Location: Richland Center, WI.
Was at a citywide rummage sale recently and came across this lure.
Anyone have any idea who made it?
It appears to be made of wood, Has a cupped face like a popper.

My guess its a lure made by Beavertail Lures by Keith Krinke out of Waunakee WI

Arent you the little cupid?

If you need an exact name I can get you Keiths number,
I got one similar from him but it had a beveled instead of cupped nose.
