I think I'm going to try masterbraid. Does it bleed at all because I don't really want my rod painted? I assume it fades some but is it really bad? I know line color doesn't matter to the fish but I would like my $50 line to somewhat stay the color I buy.I'll most likely get green or bronze back if that matters. Thanks.

Nope. It fades after a long time. Best line ever. I just ordered 2 spools today.

Cool thanks. Here's a little follow up question. The bronze color looks very dark in the website but I was wondering if it's actually that dark or if it's more of a tan color.

I guess I haven't paid much attention to how it looks in pictures but I would not say it's a very dark line. I just ordered a spool of blue just cut I thought it would look cool. Ha

Doesn't bleed to were it's on your rod & reel but it will be very light after a season of use. It also holds a LOT of water.
